Our services may include editing, color correction, sound adjustments, captions, and delivery of completed videos via secure links.
All projects are customized based on the details you provide during order submission or consultation.
3. Communication & Text Messages
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages related to your video editing project.
These may include:

Notifications when your edited videos are ready
You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
We do not use your phone number for marketing without your consent.

4. File Uploads & Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all video footage, images, and materials you provide.
By submitting these files to us, you grant us a limited license to edit, modify, and process the content solely for the purpose of completing your project.
We may use short clips from completed videos only with your written permission for promotional purposes (e.g., demo reels or portfolio).
5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of booking or submission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Because our editing services are custom and labor-based, all sales are final once editing begins.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where no work has started or if a technical issue prevents us from delivering your video.
6. Delivery & Revisions
Completed videos will be delivered digitally via secure link.
Each project includes the number of revisions stated in your selected package.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete files, unclear instructions, or external service issues (e.g., file upload problems).
7. Intellectual Property
All edited versions, templates, and visual effects created by Purple Circle Media remain our property until payment is complete.
After payment, ownership of the final edited video transfers fully to you.
Our editing systems, processes, and templates remain proprietary to Purple Circle Media.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, Purple Circle Media is not liable for:

Loss of original files

Delays caused by internet or third-party service failures

Indirect or incidental damages resulting from project use
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for that specific project.
9. Modifications
